Phase I — Immediate Action and Strategic Realignment (Year 1)
- Formal governance and accountability structure
- Launch 5–10 congregational growth partnerships
- Deploy strategic assessment team (growth + stewardship + consolidation support)
- Begin youth mentorship pilot and leadership cohorts
- Conduct camp facility assessments and start priority enhancements
- Complete real estate review and identify first redevelopment pilot
- Establish mission growth fund and begin long-term funding vehicle
- Conduct seminary and ordination review for sustainability and alignment
- Publish first annual report of progress
End of Year 1 Outcome: Active congregational growth partnerships underway; youth and camp investments in motion; redevelopment pilot identified; funding structure launched; clear accountability and reporting in place.
Phase II — Expansion and Redeployment (Years 2–3)
- Expand congregational growth model
- Execute 1–2 redevelopment pilots (training + housing + revenue for mission)
- Expand youth/camp programs and facilities improvements
- Establish long-term/perpetual funding mechanism benefiting global mission
Phase III — Institutional Strengthening (Years 4–5)
- Scale growth framework and replicate viable redevelopment models
- Launch at least one Moravian educational initiative/school model
- Operational perpetual funding engine supporting congregational vitality, youth formation, and Board of World Mission
